On June 16, 2016, at the Century House in Latham, the New York State Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene honored Susan Delano, deputy managing director, on her retirement.
The Research Foundation is the organization responsible for administering and directing research programs at the New York State Office of Mental Health, the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities, and the Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services.
